Cooling off period and returns.
You may wish to return an order because the item was not to your liking or you simply changed your mind. Whatever the reason may be, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after cancellation to return the items to us.

How can I return an item?
You can return an item by filling in our return form. Send this form together with the item within 14 days after cancellation of your order to our return address:

Return policy.
As our boxer shorts are classified as hygiene products, we are obligated to set a number of requirements for returns. For example, boxer shorts can only be returned if they are returned to us unopened, in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed. Once the packaging has been opened, we will no longer be able to sell it.

If we do not receive the returned items in the same condition and packaging the items were shipped to you, we are entitled to charge you for the reduction in value of the item. Please make sure to treat the item with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when you return it.

Return shipping costs.
The costs of sending the returns to Cemavota are for your own account. You can drop off your return at a PostNL drop off point. You can request a Track & Trace number there. Keep the proof of shipment safe until you have received a confirmation of receipt from us by e-mail.

Responsibility.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. So, please make sure that they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged along the way. We are also not responsible for items returned to us by mistake.

Refunds.
Once we have received the returned items in good order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. We aim to refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after notification of the return. The purchase amount will only be refunded to the same account used for the payment.

Can I exchange an item?
Items cannot be exchanged. Should you need a different size or colour, the above return policy applies. You will have to place a new order.
